SMS Terms
Effective October 17, 2026
Program: DoctorPaperwork patient notifications, operated by Adarga Health Technologies on behalf of the patient's medical practice.
How you opt in
When you ask your medical practice to complete leave or disability paperwork, the practice staff ask whether you agree to receive text messages about your request. Only if you agree do they enter your mobile number in DoctorPaperwork, confirming your consent in a required checkbox that records who collected it and when. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
Sample first message: "DoctorPaperwork for [Practice]: your secure leave paperwork link (expires in 7 days): [link] Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
What we send
Transactional messages only: a secure link to start or finish your form, a notice that your document is ready, and reminders about an unfinished request. No marketing. Messages never contain medical information. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per request.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@adargahealthtechnologies.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
