This policy covers adargahealthtechnologies.com and the DoctorPaperwork service operated by Adarga Health Technologies ("we").
Information we collect
Practices and their patients provide contact details (name, email, mobile number) and the information needed to complete leave paperwork. Health information is handled on behalf of the medical practice under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and used only to provide the service.
How we use it
To provide the service: preparing paperwork, delivering documents, and sending transactional email and text notifications. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing. We share data only with service providers who deliver messages and host the service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorized staff, and email and text messages contain links only, never medical details.
